Postage Costs
All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and most are sent by recorded delivery. Postage costs for all items is £2.95.
Please note, I cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. This is Royal Mail's responsibility. However, I will assist in any claim against Royal Mail and I always keep postage receipts as proof of postage.
Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within 10 days, however, please allow 10-14 working days. Please don't forget to allow for delivery time on top of this. If you are ordering during a busy time, i.e, Christmas, then please allow up to three weeks as I can get very busy.
If you need your item by a certain date, please email me and I will see what I can do.
Returns
Please note that I am unable to accept returns unless items are faulty. If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact me immediatly and I will provide you with a return address. All postage costs (for the faulty item only) will be fully refunded.
