Returns Policy
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or services so that we can rectify the situation.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change your order. If you do not wish to change your order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item(s).
If any items arrived damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within seven days of delivery and a full refund will be given.
Unfortunatly, Pretty Plaques are unable to offer refunds on personalised items (unless damaged) or offer a refund because you have changed your mind.
